Delete your DuoRise account
To request deletion of your DuoRise account and associated data, email new.houchti@gmail.com from the account email address, with the subject DuoRise account deletion.
We will verify the request and delete the Firebase Authentication account, profile, relationship metadata, prepared voice files, device registrations, alarms, and wake-session metadata associated with that account. Prepared voice media and relationship records may also be deleted for the other participant when necessary to honor revocation and safety controls.
Account deletion also removes associated reports, complaint text and exact-byte safety restrictions. Other reports and moderation decisions expire 30 days after report creation. Cleanup is retried after failures; outages or a backlog can delay final erasure. No indefinite safety-record retention is claimed.
You can also delete your account directly in the DuoRise app under You → Account → Delete account. To remove individual prepared messages or revoke a relationship without deleting the account, use the controls in the app.
